The large, private patient rooms have windows with remotecontrolled
shades that enable patients to easily adjust the light. There are 192 private inpatient rooms.
Patient rooms have home-like features such as softly colored walls, muted lighting, sleeper sofas to encourage family overnight stays and remote-controlled window shades that reveal some of the best views in Gainesville, including the Garden of Hope. The bathrooms meet ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) specifications for easy access.
Flat-screen televisions, DVD players and wireless Internet access also are included. Dining is available at a deli cafeteria. There is spacious indoor seating as well as an outdoor terrace that overlooks the Garden of Hope. |
